Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons in a 3-bedroom home, 8 persons in a 4-bedroom estate, 10 persons in a 5-bedroom estate and 12 persons in a 6-bedroom estate. There is a minimum rental of 7 days and a maximum of one rental per home per month. Monthly discounts are available. Rates subject to Hawaii taxes. Call for detailed information on individual homes. Payments
A two night deposit is due upon booking, and a security deposit is due 15 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable
and will be returned within 7 days of departure based on final inspection of home.
Cancellation
Reservations cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Please call for Christmas cancellation policies.
