This elegant evening affair showcases over one hundred featured wines from around the world and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine of The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua culinary team led by Executive Chef John Zaner. Seven nationally acclaimed Master Sommeliers will also be on hand to personally discuss their featured "Sommelier's Choice" selections in various themed tents.
